Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves as a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as a co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids together with his wife Leslie.
