Maribel lived in Virginia along with her parents but there are few details about the family. At the age of a young girl and wanted to be a lawyer, she hoped to get in the field of law and become a attorney. She was accepted into the University of Virginia after graduating high school to study foreign Policy and minored in German. Thomas Jefferson one of Declaration of Independence's writers founded this university back in 1819. A century-long array of courses are offered by the school and was constructed on Jefferson's Academical Village - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The campus' central area is 1,600 acres, while its farm and research park cover thousands of additional acres. Maribel completed her law school at New York Law School.
